Range Rules
- No shooting before 10:00am on any day. Rimfire .22 only up to 12 noon. (Except for Club sanctioned matches.)
- Firearms will not be loaded until shooter is on the firing line.
- Center fire long guns will be allowed only one round in the firearm at a time. If a person wishes to load more than one round, they may do so with the Range Officer's permission.
- Pistols and .22 rifles may load up to five rounds.
- Firearms will be carried to and from the firing lines with actions open unless cased.
- Only firearms in good condition with the proper ammunition will be used. No fully automatic firearms.
- Only authorized targets will be used. Tin cans, bottles, shot guns shells and shell boxes, etc., are forbidden!
- In the use of the outdoor ranges, no firing will be done out of line of backstops.
- No handling of firearms while people are down range.
- No more than two guests per member will be allowed on the ranges at any time. The Club Member (host) must be present.
- Parents who bring minor children on the Club Property are responsible for the whereabouts of their children.
- Membership card required when on Club Property. Membership pin will be visible on member when on Club Property.
- No Alcohol, in any form, will be allowed on the ranges.
- Any person who is denied the use of the ranges by a Range Officer may appeal to the Board of Directors. Until such time as an appeal is heard by the Board of Directors, the decision of the Range Officer is final.
