MA Approved Safety Course

SRGC holds a state approved Firearms Safety Course each month, taught by certified instructors. The course is given in two parts; the first part is on the first Tuesday of each month with the second part on Thursday. The sessions run from 7:00 PM until approximately 9:30 PM. You must attend both classes.

If you are taking this course in order to get an LTC or FID, be aware that some police departments also require "Live Fire Certification". If you require this endorsement on your certificate, check the box on the form and your instructor will make arrangements with you to use the range.

 

The cost for adults is $100.00 — children under 18, $15.00. Payment by cash or a check.
